お客様へ重要なガイドライン

ご予約の前に

  • 当サロンはプライベートサロンとしてお客様一人一人に予約時間を確保しております。当日のキャンセルはできませんのでキャンセルは前日までにお願いいたします。

  • 当サロンはプライベートサロンです。お連れ様がいらっしゃる場合は施術中はサロンに入れませんので予めご了承ください。

  • パッチテストをご希望の方は施術を選択せず、直接お問い合わせください。

  • 初めてご来店される方は施術前にコンサルテーションがありますので施術の時間＋３０分ほど多めにお見積もりください。

  • １６歳以下の方は初めてのご来店には保護者の同意書（署名付き）のご提出が必要になるためコンサルテーションまでの付き添いが必要になります。

  • １８歳までの学生の方は学生証のコピーを取らせていただきますのでご提出をお願いします。

ご来店時

  • 当日は施術箇所は（アイ、ブロウ）メイクはされずご来店をお願いいたします。

  • 当日、10分以上遅れる際は、必ずご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。

  • 15分以上連絡なくご来店されない場合、キャンセル扱いとなり、施術料金の全額をお支払いいただくことがございますので、予めご了承ください。

  • 施術中にトリートメントがまつ毛と眉毛にしっかりと浸透するため、施術後6時間はメイク、洗顔、また激しいスポーツなど汗をかく行為はお控えください。

  • 当日のコンサルテーションにおいて、施術が適切でないと判断される場合がございます。その際は、施術料金をいただくことはございませんので、ご安心ください。

  • 施術前後にビフォーアフターの写真を撮影させていただいております。お客様には、これらの写真を無名で公開してもよいかどうかご確認させていただきます。公開を希望されない場合でも、撮影は行い、お客様の個人データとともに厳格に管理させていただきますので、ご安心ください。

Important Guideline for All Customers

Before Your Reservation

  • Our salon operates as a private space, with reserved time specifically allocated for each client. Cancellations are not accepted on the day of the appointment, so please ensure cancellations are made by the day before.

  • Please note that companions are not permitted during treatment sessions, as we operate a private salon.

  • If you wish to have a patch test, please do not select a treatment and contact us directly.

  • For first-time visitors, a consultation will be conducted prior to your treatment. Please allow an additional 30 minutes when booking your appointment.

  • Clients aged 16 and under must submit a signed parental consent form for their first visit. A guardian must accompany the client during the consultation.

  • For clients aged 18 and under, a student ID will be required. Please note we will make a copy and store it securely.

On the Day of Your Appointment

  • Please arrive without makeup on the areas to be treated (eyes and brows).

  • If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If you do not arrive within 15 minutes without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Please be aware that your reservation will be automatically canceled, and you may be required to pay the full treatment fee.

  • To ensure the treatment fully absorbs into your lashes and brows, please refrain from wearing makeup, washing your face, or engaging in extreme sports activities that may cause sweating for at least 6 hours after the treatment.

  • During the consultation, we may determine that the treatment is not suitable for you. If this occurs, you will not be charged for the treatment.

  • Before and after your treatment, we will take photos for before-and-after comparisons. We may ask for your consent to publish these photos anonymously. If you prefer not to have them published, rest assured that the photos will be securely stored with your personal data for management purposes.
